The latest release in the World Music Instruments series id devoted to the harp. The book comes with a 96-page booklet and contains 53 tracks on three CDs, covering world and classical music and jazz from Paraguay to Wales and from Gambia to Myanmar.

As our next production, Magic Clarinet will be released in spring 2010: 2 CDs with 34 tracks from the greats of world music, classical music, and jazz, plus a 90-minute extra disc with the clarinet concert from TFF.Rudolstadt 2001. More info will follow soon.

The Roots’n’Routes CD has been deleted, also the publisher, Bavarian Radio in Munich, has no copy left. The Rudolstadt festival sampler from 2005 is only available via the website (as are the sampler CDs from all other festivals in Rudolstadt).

On 1 July, the double album "Magic Banjo" (NoEthno 1001/2) will be the next release in the "World Music Instruments" series. CD 1 is dedicated to American Banjo while the second disc will feature music from around the globe. A wealth of information and an extensive picture gallery add to the value of this product.


Who are we?

NoEthno is a small independent label specialised in editing an encyclopedia of “World Music Instruments“. Each CD is issued as a hard-cover book (albeit in CD format) with a lavishly styled booklet.
NoEthno CDs are not available in record shops but only via this website (and at special events like TFF.Rudolstadt).
